DEALERSHIP BENEFITS AND INCOME OPPORTUNITIES

 

 

PERSONAL USE

 

Dealers are eligible to purchase the full line of AMSOIL products, including Hastings and Donaldson filters, and Bosch spark plugs, plug wires and wiper blades, at wholesale prices.  In addition, Dealers receive the monthly AMSOIL product, racing and application magazine, the AMSOIL Action News.

 

 

 

PERSONAL RETAIL SALES

 

As an AMSOIL Dealer, you purchase AMSOIL products at Dealer cost and then sell them at the suggested retail price.  Your income starts building immediately with retail profits and commission bonuses. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CATALOG SALES

 

Dealers can also sell AMSOIL products with the AMSOIL Retail Catalog Program.  Catalogs can be purchased directly from AMSOIL and then distributed to potential AMSOIL customers.  Once the catalogs are in the hands of your potential customers, any sales made will earn you retail profits and commission credits automatically.  Order taking, billing, shipping, and returns are all handled by AMSOIL INC. 

 

 

INTERNET SALES

 

The AMSOIL Online Store offers customers the convenience of ordering AMSOIL products over the Internet.  As in the Retail Catalog Sales Program, products are sold at suggested retail price and AMSOIL Dealers earn the retail profits and commission credits.  Order taking, billing, shipping, and returns are all handled by AMSOIL INC.  AMSOIL also offers website packages and other options that allow all Dealers, regardless of computer experience or equipment, to participate in Internet sales.

 

RETAIL ON-THE-SHELF ACCOUNTS

 

Retail on-the-shelf accounts are retail outlets such as auto parts stores, motorcycle dealerships, quick lubes, automotive service centers, and hardware stores.  These stores stock AMSOIL products on their shelves to sell to their customers or install AMSOIL products as part of a service such as with oil changes.  Once you've registered one of these accounts, AMSOIL extends them credit, takes their orders, ships their product, invoices the product and collects the payment.  AMSOIL then sends you your monthly commission earnings from the account.  

 

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS

 

Commercial accounts are businesses which have vehicles, equipment and machinery that use the quality lubricants and filters available in the AMSOIL product line.  These accounts do not sell AMSOIL products, but chose to use them in their equipment and machinery.  Once you've registered one of these accounts, AMSOIL extends them credit, takes their orders, ships their product, invoices the product and collects the payment.  AMSOIL then sends you your monthly commission earnings from the account.

 

FUND RAISING ACCOUNTS

  

Fund raising organizations register as Fund Raising Accounts, buying and selling products and earning retail profits and commissions.  Organizations receive their own account number which members and supporters use to order products through the catalogs and over the Internet.  The retail profits from the sales along with the commissions generated go directly to the Fund Raising Account.  AMSOIL INC. handles all order taking, shipping, billing and returns.  As the sponsoring Dealer, you build volume, a solid base of customers and increased commissions.

 

ACCOUNT OPTIONS

 

SIX MONTH TRIAL DEALERSHIP WITH STARTER KIT

 

The six month trial dealership is the least expensive method of getting started and is appropriate for those who are interested in a dealership but are hesitant to make a long term commitment.  A six month trial dealer is entitled to all the benefits listed above, such as buying AMSOIL products at wholesale and participating in personal sales, catalog sales, Internet sales, etc.  The six month trial dealership costs under $20 and comes with a starter kit.  The kit includes Dealer Price Lists, an AMSOIL products catalog, program information material, an air/filter application guide and a six month subscription to Action News, the monthly AMSOIL product, racing and application magazine.  Prior to the expiration of the six month trial dealership, dealers are notified by AMSOIL and given the opportunity to renew the dealership for one year at the normal renewal rate.

 

Six month trial dealers may at any time purchase or download additional literature from AMSOIL such as the G-700 Business Manual or the G-1312 Literature Pack.

 

TWELVE MONTH REGULAR DEALERSHIP WITH STARTER KIT

 

The twelve month regular dealership is very similar to the six month trial dealership, but is available at the standard annual rate.  A regular twelve month dealership comes with the same benefits of the six month trial dealership, including the starter kit and a year subscription to Action News.  Prior to the expiration of the twelve month regular dealership, dealers are notified by AMSOIL and given the opportunity to renew the dealership for one year at the normal renewal rate, or up to ten years at reduced renewal rates.

 

Twelve month regular dealers may at any time purchase or download additional literature from AMSOIL such as the G-700 Business Manual or the G-1312 Literature Pack.

 

TWELVE MONTH REGULAR DEALERSHIP WITH G-700 BUSINESS MANUAL

 

The twelve month regular dealership with the G-700 Business Manual includes all the benefits of the twelve month regular dealership but comes with a comprehensive Business Manual.  The G-700 Business Manual contains detailed information on how to begin and build a successful AMSOIL business, including "How To" sections for each of the various methods of selling AMSOIL products.     

 

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: G-1312 LITERATURE PACK

 

The G-1312 Literature Pack is available with any of the dealership options and includes over 100 pieces of AMSOIL Product Brochures and Advertisements.  This information is very beneficial to a new dealer desiring information on the full AMSOIL product line.  However, all the information available in the G-1312 Literature Pack is also available to dealers by free download from the AMSOIL Corporate Website.

SIGN UP FOR PREFERRED CUSTOMERS

 

If you are already an AMSOIL Preferred Customer and have your own customer number, you can upgrade to a dealership for as little as $5.

 

There are two options:

 

Option 1
If you paid $10 for a 6-month Preferred Customer Membership and would like to upgrade to a 6-month $15 Dealership, submit $5 with the application form.

 

Option 2
If you paid $20 for a 12-month Preferred Customer Membership and would like to upgrade to a 12-month $30 Dealership, submit $10 with the application form.
